Two Rescue 1122 servicemen laid to rest after they lost the battle against COVID-19.

LAHORE – Two rescue Officials died after losing their battle against COVID 19. Sajjad Akram served as an Ambulance driver, and Muhammad Iqbal served as storekeeper. Both caught the virus while serving in the line of duty.

Both officials were laid to rest on 13th of June, 2020. Rescue 1122 has always been on the front-line be it some regional crisis or a national emergency.

It is important to recognize their services, and that of other servicemen. The COVID 19 Pandemic is here to stay but as responsible citizens we need to be aware and adapt Government SOPs to ensure we stay safe and our servicemen.
